With iScan™ a new technology enters the acoustician's office. Thanks to iScan it is now possible to scan ear impressions directly at the acoustician's workplace. All data which is necessary for the order of an in-the-ear hearing system can be sent electronically to our production facilities.

Endconsumer benefits include:

• The digital ear impression will not be damaged during transit nor be affected by temperature changes (extreme heat or cold).
• In case of damage or loss of an in-the-ear system the scanned ear impression can be reused – thus the customer need not have an ear impression taken again.
• Internal studies show that in-the-ear systems produced with iScan data have a better fit than conventionally produced instruments.
• The delivery time for in-the-ear systems is reduced.
